Hello and thank you for taking the time to look at Elizabeth’s profile.
Other people see Elizabeth’s love for all aspects of real estate. They know she’s hard-working, with an un-paralleled work ethic and passion for helping people, whether it’s assisting vendors to prepare their properties to get the best price, helping buyers get into the home of their dreams, and developers the best return on investment.
Elizabeth aspires to offer clients a quality experience in every aspect, using her qualifications in project management, marketing, management and business, to provide the quality service clients deserve on time and within budget. Each real estate experience is unique, PRESCOTT real estate, isn’t a cookie cutter agency, the service package delivered to clients is tailored to contemporary customer needs. Active social media, online marketing and ongoing communication are central aspects of the service Elizabeth provides clients.
Who is Elizabeth? She is extremely organised, positive, creative, direct, honest and ethical and builds positive relationships with clients by using her communication skills of listening and reflective questioning. Elizabeth’s communication skills allow her to negotiate successful outcomes in a timely and effective manner.
Elizabeth has a good sense of humour, and enjoys a good joke. She loves her husband, Rob, step-children, grand-children and her fur baby, ‘Audrey’; a German Short-Haired Pointer, with a passion. Elizabeth enjoys the times she gets to spend with her extended family, a beautiful and educated group of people of Irish and Italian heritage.
Elizabeth is the family custodian of the Prescott Family history, with copies of documentation from England prior to the settlement of the Colony of South Australia. PRESCOTT real estate, draws its name and inspiration from Elizabeth’s 3rd Great-Grandfather, William Prescott. William was one of Adelaide’s founding architects, founding Prescott and Hancock Architects in 1839. William also established Prescott Farm, just east of the city. When the suburbs of Toorak Gardens and Rose Park emerged, the Farm was developed. Our Family is very grateful that images of the Farm remain thanks to paintings by renown artist, Sir Hans Heysen.
Elizabeth loves playing golf, but she has not played for a couple of years. One of her claims to fame was being coached by Greg Norman when he was at the peak of his career, which was invaluable for her as a junior golfer. Elizabeth aims to get on a fairway before the end of 2017.
Elizabeth has 13 degrees and qualifications and numerous other learning experiences obtained through formal or informal training – she is literally the definition of a life-long learner.
